On this blog, i'll reveal my extremely efficient healer Nightblade build. With this build, you can solo pretty much every World Boss and pretty much every normal 4-man dungeon.
The best part is, this is pretty stable build, as i haven't had a need to adjust this build from creation on update 13.
This build can heal through every veteran hard mode dungeons as well, while keeping up DPS more than mediocre Damage Dealer.
I have achieved more than 50K burst heal with this and i can keep 24K shields up. Sounds too good? I'll show you.
Stats and Attributes
Stats are pretty easy on the eyes. Take a look;
2.6K unbuffed spell damage is good for making damage but to make nice and big base heals too.
With backbar (1H + Shield) you can achieve 42K mana pool with 20K of health.
So all of your attributes goes to magicka.
Skills
Frontbar is for Restoration staff. It is your main healing and damage dealing bar.
Backbar is more for buffing yourself
Front Bar
This is your main DPS skill. It does nice amount of damage, while heaaling you and 1 ally over time, for 25 % of the damage inflicted.
2. Mutagen
This is your main healing over time, while serving as "Oh Shit!" - skill, if ally falls under 20 % of health.
3. Sap Essence
Sap Essence is your main AoE - damage skill, while healing your allies and giving you Major Brutality and Major Sorcery, when hitting enemy.
4. Healing Ward
Shield yourself or an ally.
5. Healing Springs
Your main AoE heal.
Ultimate = Veil Of Blades
This is the reason, why you can withstand a beating and focus on dealing damage, instead of constant healing of tank and group. Veil of blades deals damage, while it grants you and your allies Major protection.
Back Bar
1. Harness Magicka
Your guaranteed shield
2. Siphoning Attacks
To help you sustain
3. Structured Entropy
To proc Mages Guild passives and giving you more health
4. Refreshing Path
This skill heals you and your group, while deals damage over time to enemies.
5. Crippling Grasp (Flex spot)
This is your flex spot. I use this for dealing more damage, but you could use Mark target, for applying debuff on your enemy.
Ultimate = Soul Siphon
I rarely use this, but this is awesome burst heal and "Oh Shit!" - button
Usage
First you buff yourself up and cast mutagen on you. Then you cast crippling grasp, structured entropy, shields and move towards enemy. Cast refreshing path and veil of blades and stay on it. You'll be healing yourself constantly, while taking lot less damage.
Spam Funnel health or sap essence, depending on the number of enemies.
Gear
I've found working combo, with easily obtainable gear.
Monster Set: Chokethorn
5-Item Set: Kagrenac's hope
Jewelry: Willpower
Resto Staff: Preferrably VMA or DSA staff
1H + Shield: Whitestrake Retribution
Monster set
I've selected Chokethorn, for it's fairly constat proc and uptime with this build. Frontbar's every skill procs Chokethorn, and proc change is nice 15 %
1 item = 129 Magicka recovery
2 items = When you use a heal ability, you have a 15% chance to summon a strangler sapling that heals you or an ally for 19565 Health over 4 seconds. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds.
5 item set
I use Kagrenac's Hope, for it's nice bonuses for magicka sustain and spell damage. Also this is nice for group play, as it reduces resurrecting time by 25 %.
2 items = 1096 Maximum Magicka
3 items = 129 Magicka Recovery
4 items = 1206 Maximum Health
5 items = Decrease time to resurrect an ally by 25%. When you successfully resurrect an ally, you restore 1720 Magicka.
5 items = 222 Spell Damage
Jewelry
2 items = 1451 Magicka
3 items = 193 Spell Damage
Enchants, Mundus and Traits
All gear enchantments are Magicka.
Mundus stone is Apprentice (Spell damage)
Gear traits are all divines. (Accept infused as a monster set's trait)
Restoration staff's trait is powered (Healing done)
Sword's trait is defending or powered
Jewelry's trait is spell damage
I use Witchmother's Potent Brew as a drink buff. It gives you max health and max magicka + magicka regeneration.
Champion Points
There's lot of possibilities here to go as you please.
120 points should go for Apprentice Champion points to unlock Arcane Well.
Make sure you invest good portion on blessed and spell erosion
Invest at least 30 points into Atronach, to unlock 2 lowest perks. Pick staff ecpert skill line.
Invest some points into Ritual and Traumaturge to give your DoTs a punch.
Scatter your Thief constellation points around sustain and blocking / break free reduction
Invest lot of points into Bastion, under the Lord tree to strengthen up your shields.
Scatter the rest how you like yourself to be able to withstand different damage types.
Video Footage
I will be adding video of my build bit later. Enjoy!
